Product Compliance Associate

Overview:

As a Product Compliance Associate for QSC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet regional and international regulatory standards across India & the SAARC Region. Your responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of product compliance, from validation to certification and renewals. You will act as a bridge between the business, supply chain, and certification bodies, leading cross-functional coordination with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards such as BIS, WPC, ETA, EPR, and other country-specific requirements.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with external agencies like certification bodies, testing labs, concerned government departments, as well as internal stakeholders including product management, SCM, business, and quality assurance teams.
• Obtain certifications under frameworks such as BIS, WPC, ETA, EPR and any other certification introduced by the Government.
• Manage compliance documentation, audits, and renewals.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholder teams to ensure timely delivery of certifications.
• Utilize your strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks and proven program management capability to deliver certifications at scale.

Qualifications Required:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing product regulatory compliance across India & SAARC region.
• Proven track record in obtaining certifications under various frameworks.
• Strong program management experience with multiple stakeholder teams.
• Exposure to electronics, electrical appliances, IoT, and industrial products.
• Experience working with various certification agencies and labs.
• Prior engagement with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, product, and legal.
• Familiarity with PLM systems for documentation and vendor coordination for multiple certifications simultaneously.
