About Victopia Labs Victopia Labs is a boutique tech firm that helps companies close projects with clarity and speed. We specialize in solving enterprise problems by building high-quality products and offering hands-on support from design to deployment. We're currently small and focused, which means you’ll work directly with the founder (ex-Microsoft, IIT Madras) and get exposure to real product thinking, client strategy, and cross-functional execution. We care about good thinking, genuine communication, and creating a workplace you’re proud to grow in. If you're someone who’s eager to learn and get your hands dirty across research, writing, and design, you're invited to apply. We’ll teach you the rest. We work from a quiet office space with occasional check-ins and feedback. While guidance is available, this is not a structured training program. Self-learning and initiative are core expectations in this role. Initial pace will be fresher friendly with expectation to solve one thing at a time really well, slowly growing to handle more and more items over 3 months.
