Plan the inspection activities
Coordinate with cross functional team for necessary inputs
Reviews supplier documentation and test data for completeness and compliance with obtaining documents.
Perform the inspection against the inspection plan and AQL for the parts offered for inspection and clear for usage
Inform the NC/ deviation details to supplier / buyer through Flash report / Supplier NC report and perform rejection process.
Obtain corrective actions from supplier and evaluate for effectiveness
Maintain calibration status of measuring instruments
Measurement process knowledge
