About the Role :-

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse geographies to drive impactful product decisions. As a Product Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze use behavior, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize our product offerings. You expertise in data analysis and a user-centric approach will play a critical role in enhancing the overall user experience. You will also work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that data-driven decisions are at the forefront of our product development process. By

leveraging data, you will help shape the future of our products, ensuring that they meet user needs

Core Responsibilities:-

• Analyze user journeys, trends, conversion funnels, and website performance to identify key
• opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to help guide product and design decisions based on solid data insights.
• Define, track, and report on key product KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize Google Analytics to monitor user behavior, track funnels, and analyze data at the device and browser level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to
• optimize product features and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Effectively communicate findings and insights through data storytelling to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with data teams to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis and reporting.

Desired Qualifications :-

• Graduation in a similar field. Masters is a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel for analyzing and manipulating data.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and methods for interpreting complex datasets.
• Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and hypothesis testing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with databases and an understanding of data infrastructure is an added advantage.
