Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at Sony Pictures Networks India, your primary role will involve enabling data-driven decision-making to support business strategies and optimize operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and identify opportunities for data-driven insights to drive business value. - Work with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and operational improvements. - Drive efforts towards maximizing viewership on SonyLIV and ensuring profitability from the advertisement business. - Create and monitor interactive and automated dashboards to democratize data access within the team. - Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure reliable and accessible data management. - Effectively communicate complex analytical findings in a clear manner to facilitate data-driven discussions. As a Product Analyst, you are expected to demonstrate problem-solving ability, a vision for the big picture, excellent prioritization skills, passion for results and excellence, and an inquisitive and analytical mind to bring a creative perspective to business problems. In terms of technical competencies, you should be proficient in: - Writing complex SQL queries - Data wrangling through python or R - Working on basic Machine Learning algorithms - Possessing strong data storytelling skills - Having experience with at least one BI tool such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Mixpanel.
