Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to deliver data analysis tasks geared towards moving red Rail product forward
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to enable faster decision-making.
• Support product experiments (A/B tests, feature releases, retention cohort studies, funnel analysis, etc.) and recommend improvements.
• Translate business challenges into data problems and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve data analysis and product insights.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying data narratives into actionable hypothesis

Analytical & Technical Skills

• SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced analytics, pivot tables, queries)
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Mode, etc.)
• Python/R for data analysis & scripting (advantageous in startup settings)
• A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap)
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
