Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close deals and pitch paid memberships to global and late-night members.
  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Thrive in a target-oriented, high-energy night shift environment while maintaining service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 14 years of experience in BPO customer service, voice processing, outbound calling, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus for NRI/international calls.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle escalations professionally.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-focused.
