Work Location: Chennai | Kochi Role Overview We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Product Advisors for our Telecalling Sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining product features, and driving subscriptions through consultative sales. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound/inbound telecalling to prospective customers. • Explain Shaadi.com services and membership benefits. • Achieve sales targets through upselling and conversions. • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. • Update CRM systems with accurate call and sales details. Eligibility • Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass / Fresh Graduates (2025 batch can apply). • Languages: Chennai: Tamil + English | Kochi: Malayalam + English • Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telesales / Collections / Upselling / Renewals (stable profiles preferred).
