Procurement Job Summary: We are looking for a Procurement Support Specialist with strong experience in SAP and IT purchasing processes. This role focuses on operational procurement activities starting from Purchase Order (PO) creation through to Goods/Service Receipt and invoice validation. The ideal candidate will also coordinate with the Accounts Payable (AP) team for timely payment processing and maintain accurate records using advanced Excel tools. Key Responsibilities: - SAP Procurement Activities: - Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP based on approved requisitions. - Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Service Receipt Note (SRN) creation in SAP. - Validate vendor invoices against PO, GRN/SRN, and contract terms. - Track and resolve discrepancies in invoice processing. - Payment Coordination: - Follow up with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure timely vendor payments. - Address payment-related queries from vendors and internal stakeholders. - IT Procurement Support: - Assist in processing IT-related purchases including hardware, software, and services. - Ensure compliance with IT procurement guidelines and vendor agreements. - Reporting & Documentation: - Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. - Use Excel to generate reports, track PO/GRN/SRN status, and monitor invoice/payment progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with SAP MM or similar procurement modules. - Strong understanding of GRN/SRN processes and invoice validation. - Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). - Familiarity with IT procurement lifecycle and vendor coordination. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor?s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
