Procurement Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing operational processes and supporting Run delivery as directed across the Procurement and Property Support functions. This includes engaging with key business stakeholders to understand priorities and ensure delivery and operations align with business objectives. Additionally, you will perform continuous review and adoption of tools and frameworks to enhance operational processes and change delivery. Your role will involve developing methods, standards, checklists, procedures, business tools, communication materials, and templates to support operations, engagement, and change delivery as needed. Furthermore, you will incorporate industry standard approaches, methodologies, and perspectives to assist in change delivery. You will also be accountable for the development and execution of changes (Project and Small/Medium initiatives) across Procurement and Property Assets, including impact assessments, collaboration with business stakeholders to develop Business requirements, execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT), implementation of business configuration and/or data adjustments, and assisting technology with business oversight of technical solution design. Additionally, you will be responsible for run and BAU support for SaaS applications.
