Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure goods and services in line with company requirements
  • Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead time, and resolve supply issues
  • Analyze market trends to make cost-effective procurement decisions
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and production teams for seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on procurement activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of vendor management and supply chain processes
  • Ability to manage multiple procurement projects independently
