Procurement Specialist

We’re Hiring: Procurement Specialist – India (Staff Level)

Join us and take the lead in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-impact procurement operations!

As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage end-to-end procurement activities, from monitoring purchase orders and ensuring delivery targets (lead time, quantity, price) to coordinating international shipments. You’ll oversee consolidation shipments from India and China and work closely with our handling agent in China for all shipment-related processes.

If you are:

• Comfortable with data analysis and confident in Microsoft Excel
• Experienced in purchasing goods with clear delivery requirements (max. 3 years of experience)
• Knowledgeable about Export/Import processes and international trade documents (must have)
• Proficient in English at a business level
• Willing to work from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
