Responsible for Purchase and Planning of Electronics and Mechanical Components from different local and Overseas vendors.
Must have Good Understanding and knowledge of BMS and IOT product parts.
Do planning and give material forecast to vendors as per sales indent.
Responsible for Purchase of all Electrical & Electronic PCB components like Resistors, Capacitors, ICs Diodes, MOSFET, IGBT, Microcontrollers Heatsink, Screws, Thermal pad etc.
Directly co-ordinate with overseas suppliers and our import logistic team for custom clearance process and timely delivery of material at plant.
Co-ordinate with engineering and quality team to improve quality of the components or for new part approval.
Continually review and monitor prices and quality from suppliers to ensure standards are maintained and prices remain competitive.
Develop new and alternate suppliers for existing products whenever necessary
Follow up and visit to vendors for timely delivery of material
Continuously working to identify and liquidate Non-moving and slow-moving parts inventory.
Do the strategic planning and procurement to keep minimum inventory without interruption of production.
Closely working with store and production team to control inventory.
Dealing with Direct Manufacturers and global authorized distributors for electronic parts.
Co-ordinating with transporter/logistics team and ensure timely delivery of material, as per production plan.
