Procurement Project Leader

As the Program Performance Manager at Garrett, your role involves being responsible for the performance of GBE Programs (QCD) for both NPIs and Mass production programs, including transition projects. You will serve as the single point of contact for Program Managers, ensuring proper Program MOS. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing NPI or Ve-Re/Transition Projects content, acting as the prime interface for sourcing project management and ensuring that modifications are followed by sourcing while respecting project timing. You will own Projects Tracking sheets for GBE Procurement NPI performance. - Taking complete ownership of Full BOM Cost from PQF until SOP, ensuring that the right BOM cost aligned with PCL is provided. - Leading and organizing sourcing committee and PAC meetings for VE/Resourcing/Transition activities. - Driving continuous improvement for Processes in charge (VE/Resourcing, NPI, Transition) and ideas creation. - Responsible for sourcing project related KPIs reporting to GBE/Procurement (BOM cost, AP, ODT, PPAP, SOP timing). - Owning Project Procurement reporting, such as Program tracking sheet for each Project under your responsibility.
