What would you do? As a Master Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Material Master Data in SAP to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards. You will play a critical role in enabling smooth supply chain, procurement, and finance operations by ensuring the integrity of master data across systems. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Material Master Data in SAP with high levels of accuracy and completeness.Ensure timely creation, modification, extension, and validation of material records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and IT) to gather and verify data requirements.Conduct quality checks to identify and prevent data duplication, errors, and inconsistencies.Apply defined data governance and compliance standards across master data processes.Support routine and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking using Excel and other reporting tools.Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management processes.Assist in data migration and cleansing activities for system upgrades, rollouts, or integration projects.Provide first-level support for queries and issues related to Material Master Data.Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency, escalating risks or recurring issues where needed.Exposure to large-scale data migration or ERP transformation projects.Familiarity with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, PP) and how Material Master integrates with them.Knowledge of basic SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
