Job Description

Procurement Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day procurement helpdesk activities, including handling queries and resolving issues related to purchase orders.
Create, track, and manage purchase orders in Oracle Fusion.
Provide accurate and timely support to business stakeholders across global teams.
Use ServiceNow for request/ticket management and ensure timely resolution.
Support reporting and data insights using Power BI to assist decision-making.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment.

Requirements:

4-5 years of procurement back-office operations experience.
Hands-on experience with purchase order creation and management.
Proficiency with
Oracle Fusion
(2+ years).
Experience with
ServiceNow
(helpdesk/ticketing) and
Power BI
(reporting/analytics).
Prior experience in financial services procurement is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time efficiently.
Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
