Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Operations Manager to manage end-to-end procurement, vendor coordination, and operational processes for our IoT-based GPS products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supply chain management, vendor handling, and production coordination within the electronics or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Procurement Planning: Coordinate with management for production batches and ensure timely procurement as per BOM.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure availability for 5000+ monthly unit sales.

  • Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers for raw materials, assembly, and logistics; negotiate terms and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Purchase Operations: Process PRs and POs accurately and ensure timely closure.

  • Assembly Coordination: Manage raw material flow between vendors with focus on quality and turnaround time.

  • Cost & Quality Control: Conduct vendor analysis and optimize supplier base.

  • Budget & Expense Tracking: Maintain procurement budgets, track expenses, and coordinate vendor payments.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Logistics, Accounts, and Technical teams.

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage office facility, maintenance, and asset procurement.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain licenses, vendor records, and procurement documentation.

  • Field Operations: Conduct supplier audits, market visits, and evaluations.

  • R&D Support: Handle procurement for new product development and pilot batches.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and vendor management processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, comparison sheets, inventory tracking).

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving ability.

  • Experience in electronics, IoT, or manufacturing preferred.

  • Education: Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
