Procurement Operations Expert IMEA

Role Overview: You will support regional e2e Procurement supply resilience activities by leveraging digital resilience tools and processes to optimize the overall supply chain of direct material suppliers, tier-n suppliers, and logistics providers to secure future supply and related NES. Your main responsibilities will include leading conclusion & renewals of all regional Consignment contracts, driving data collection related to PIR Data, managing VIA Approval process for price-related invoice issues, tracking regional progress on localization & alternate development projects, conducting regional data analytics, and bringing insights to support Total Supply Chain Cost (TSCC) optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead conclusion & renewals of all regional Consignment contracts - Support SC Planning with Consignment reconciliation support - Drive data collection related to PIR Data such as Incoterm, MOQ, Packaging type, etc. for all regional MPS to identify cost savings opportunities - Drive Risk Management action identification, creation & governance - Manage VIA Approval process for price-related invoice issues - Track regional progress on localization & alternate development projects - Conduct regional data analytics to bring insights & highlight focus areas to support TSCC optimization Qualification Required: - More than 2 years of experience in commercial roles & supply chain background is beneficial - Cross-category knowledge in different direct materials sourcing categories - Strong process knowledge in both Procurement and SC Planning - High level of digital & data analytics skills to drive creative solutions within AD framework - Strong discipline and process-oriented mindset Please note: You will be responsible for select resilience processes for IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa).,
