Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer based in Bhagalpur. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The role includes maintaining procurement records, collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budget requirements while supporting the organization’s operational needs and cost optimization goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Purchasing processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and procurement-related negotiations
• Well-developed Analytical Skills and attention to detail for evaluating suppliers, costs, and contracts
• Experience in Procurement and managing supply chains
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant business or procurement-related software
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is recommended
