Job Description – Purchase Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and streamline our procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select quality suppliers
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Procurement Operations: Requisition, PO creation, delivery tracking
• ERP Tools: Hands-on experience in ERP procurement modules
• Technical Knowledge: Reading mechanical drawings, fabrication specs, machining
• Negotiation Skills: Drive cost-saving initiatives
• Material Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical parts, raw materials, and drawing-based components
• Quality Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical and compliance standards

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech (Mechanical preferred) / Diploma in Mechanical
• Experience: 4–6 years in procurement or supply chain in a manufacturing setup
• ERP Knowledge: Proficient in ERP tools
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, and coordination
• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of machining, fabrication, raw materials, and assemblies
