Procurement Manager - Surfactants, Fat Blends and Pine Oil

Role Overview: As a member of the Global Raw Material team at Reckitt, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for Surfactants, Solvents, Waxes, Mineral Oil in Asia, AME, ASEAN, Anti Microbials, and Pine Oil globally. Your main focus will be on achieving competitive advantage through cost management, financial forecast accuracy, and strategic supplier management. You will have full financial accountability for the category and play a key role in developing sustainable sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver results in key performance areas such as cost management, financial forecast accuracy, NWC performance, service & quality to plants, process improvements, and innovation. - Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain. - Develop Commodity Risk Management strategy in alignment with key stakeholders to mitigate risks effectively. - Stay updated on regulatory and quality implications across the portfolio to ensure compliance. - Implement sustainability strategies in collaboration with the Sustainability group to promote responsible sourcing practices. - Lead and develop direct reports to enhance team capabilities and performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/masters degree in business, science/engineering, supply chain, or equivalent. - 10+ years of experience in procurement or other relevant roles, preferably in FMCG industry. - Proven track record in handling complexity and driving results. - Previous expertise in Commodity Risk Management will be advantageous. - Willingness to travel as required. - Fluent in oral and written English, additional languages are a plus.
