Job Description

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for
APIs, key starting materials (KSMs), intermediates, and excipients
.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers globally, ensuring adherence to
GMP, FDA, and regulatory standards
.
Negotiate supplier contracts covering pricing, lead times, quality, and delivery terms.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability, consistency, and risk mitigation.
Conduct market analysis to track pricing trends, alternative sources, and supply chain risks.
Work closely with QA/QC, R&D, and supply chain teams to align sourcing with technical and business requirements.
Ensure compliance with
pharma procurement regulations
, sustainability standards, and internal audit policies.
Maintain vendor database, procurement reports, and sourcing dashboards for management review.
