Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement : Oversee end-to-end procurement, operations of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products. Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality.
Field Supervision & Vendor Management: Conduct regular field visits to vendor sites, manufacturing units, and warehouses to supervise operations, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with production timelines and quality benchmarks.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, and Logistics) to ensure synchronized operations and rapid issue resolution throughout the supply chain.
Process Optimization: Implement systems for batch tracking, vendor performance evaluation, inventory planning, and packaging infrastructure upgrades.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Mentor junior procurement and QC staff; build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
