Job Description

  • The Sourcing Manager – Interiors is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers for interior materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. The role involves negotiating pricing, ensuring quality standards, optimizing costs, and maintaining reliable supply chains for interior design or fit-out projects. This position works closely with design, project management, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for interior materials, FF&E, and finishes.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Ensure material quality and compliance with design and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and project inventory.
  • Conduct market research to identify new materials, trends, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to understand material needs.
  • Handle risk management, supplier performance evaluation, and cost

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,204.68 - ₹69,146.49 per month
