Procurement Lead

As the CAPEX Procurement Strategic Lead at Table Space, your role will involve supporting strategic sourcing initiatives and coordinating all activities related to the procurement of Capital Expenditure projects. You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify solutions that meet operational requirements while reducing Total Cost of Ownership. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing sourcing skills, delivering cost savings through negotiation rounds, identifying best sources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and bringing added value to the business through sourcing new suppliers and technical solutions. Additionally, you will manage, improve, and lead cost savings initiatives, represent purchasing on large projects, and ensure adherence to purchasing rules and regulations. Your role will also involve capturing purchasing timelines and requirements during project planning, coordinating technical information flow, and maintaining supplier performance for price, delivery, and quality through strategic negotiation of capital contracts.
