Job Description

As a member of the team, your role involves managing Onshore stakeholders and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for overseeing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with Vendors/Requestors as needed. It is essential to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze discrepancies in the process. Monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) are also key aspects of the role. Moreover, you will be expected to initiate cross-training and create suitable backups to ensure operational continuity. You will be required to design and/or prepare training materials that adhere to organizational and statutory policies. Furthermore, presenting month-end reports to clients and identifying opportunities for process improvement will be part of your responsibilities. Your proactive approach towards suggesting process enhancements and implementing continuous improvements will be highly valued. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Onshore stakeholders and cultivate strong client relationships - Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes and reporting - Collaborate with Vendors/Requestors as necessary - Analyze and address discrepancies in the process - Monitor key performance parameters and ensure SLA compliance - Initiate cross-training and establish appropriate backups - Design training materials in alignment with organizational and statutory policies - Present month-end reports to clients - Identify and implement process improvements - Offer insights and recommendations for enhancing team efficiency - Undertake additional duties as required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a must-have Additional Company Details: - Experience with Ariba, SAP, and Service Now is preferred - Proficiency in new reporting tools such as Power BI - Strong computer skills and excellent MIS abilities - Customer service-oriented with a focus on quality - Self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement - Client-centric approach to business - Effective leadership, communication, and motivational skills - Ability to excel in a challenging environment - Efficient planning, prioritization, and execution of daily operations,
