As a member of the team, your role involves managing Onshore stakeholders and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for overseeing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with Vendors/Requestors as needed. It is essential to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze discrepancies in the process. Monitoring key performance metrics and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) are also key aspects of the role. Moreover, you will be expected to initiate cross-training and create suitable backups to ensure operational continuity. You will be required to design and/or prepare training materials that adhere to organizational and statutory policies. Furthermore, presenting month-end reports to clients and identifying opportunities for process improvement will be part of your responsibilities. Your proactive approach towards suggesting process enhancements and implementing continuous improvements will be highly valued. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
