Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential vendors for materials and services.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain and update internal databases with accurate order details, including vendor information, dates, quantities, and discounts.
• Evaluate vendor offers, negotiate pricing, and secure advantageous terms.
• Prepare and interpret cost analyses to support purchasing decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of invoices and purchase orders for audit and tracking purposes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and supply chain procedures.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams via email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role within an industrial construction company.
• Strong knowledge of

  structural steel

  and its sourcing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
