#Position : Procurement Executive #Experience : 2 - 6 Years #Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil # Location: Shivajinagar - Pune (Head Office) #Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days Experience Required: 2 to 6 years (preferably in Industrial Construction) Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential vendors for materials and services. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain and update internal databases with accurate order details, including vendor information, dates, quantities, and discounts. Evaluate vendor offers, negotiate pricing, and secure advantageous terms. Prepare and interpret cost analyses to support purchasing decisions. Maintain comprehensive records of invoices and purchase orders for audit and tracking purposes. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and supply chain procedures. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Qualifications: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role within an industrial construction company. Strong knowledge of structural steel and its sourcing. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain best practices.
