Job Description

Job Summary

Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers/vendors for electrical components, materials, and services.
Float enquiries, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support in maintaining optimum stock.
Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Work with finance and accounts team for payment processing and vendor reconciliation.
Prepare MIS reports on purchase status, cost savings, and vendor performance.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of electrical components, systems, and materials.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred: BE Electrical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
