Procurement Excellence Manager

Role & responsibilities

Participate in negotiation with high value RM like Copper and other commodities with market intelligence, Monitor RM trend and support Operation team in call off material with market intelligence whenever required

Analyzing procurement data, conducting spend analysis, and preparing reports to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.

Analyzing costs, identifying cost drivers, and conducting variance analysis. Preparing reports and providing summaries of cost analysis findings to management to support decision-making

Developing and implementing initiatives to reduce costs, such as vendor consolidation, Alternate proposal to customers, improving risk management for direct and indirect function in procurement

Implementing cost control measures and strategies to optimize costs Support cable, Harness Industrial Team Lead to negotiate prices and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Comfort with procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools like Power BI advance excel

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in

  Engineering

  ,

  Supply Chain Management

  ,

  Finance

  , or related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, or commodity management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of

  commodity markets

  , especially

  Copper

  and other high-value raw materials.
• Experience in

  procurement analytics

  , including

  spend analysis

  ,

  cost variance

  , and

  cost driver identification

  .
• Proficiency in

  negotiation and supplier management

  , especially in industrial domains like cables, harnesses, and RM call-offs.
• Proven ability to develop and implement

  cost optimization strategies
