As a Procurement Engineer in the Supply Chain department of LTGE-Green Energy Business in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in the Gas to Power Project Execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Vendor Management - Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying suppliers for gas turbines, generators, transformers, and other power plant components. - Negotiating contracts and maintaining strong supplier relationships. - Procurement Planning - Developing procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. - Forecasting material requirements based on engineering and project schedules. - Technical Evaluation - Collaborating with engineering teams to understand technical specifications. - Conducting technical bid evaluations and ensuring compliance with standards. - Cost Control & Budgeting - Monitoring procurement costs and ensuring alignment with project budgets. - Implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Minimum Qualifications: - B.S. in Engineering Technology In this role, you will report to the Lead Buyer and be a key player in ensuring the successful execution of the Gas to Power Project.,
