Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Administration Contractor to provide temporary support to the procurement function during a period of reduced headcount. The role focuses exclusively on administrative activities and supplier communication to ensure continuity of operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open purchase orders and actively chase vendors for updated delivery confirmation dates.
• Maintain accurate delivery information in SAP Fusion (or equivalent MRP/ERP system).
• Track late deliveries and follow up with suppliers to expedite shipments.
• Support general procurement administration tasks to maintain data accuracy and workflow continuity.
• Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Background in administrative or procurement support roles.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP Fusion preferred but not essential.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., lookups, filtering, basic reporting).
• Excellent communication skills, with proven experience engaging professionally with vendors/suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical domain.
