Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Procurement Execution

Execute competitive bid events and benchmarking projects.
Support sourcing projects based on client requirements.
Negotiate and contract with suppliers, including exceptions, to drive savings and value.
Interface with the strategic sourcing team to implement contracts.

Analysis & Optimization

Analyze market and client conditions to identify savings opportunities.
Perform periodic spend and supplier analysis within managed commodities.
Optimize the supplier base and recommend efficiency initiatives.

Client & Supplier Management

Communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers at all organizational levels.
Educate clients and suppliers on sourcing strategies and process improvements.
Track and report supplier performance; resolve performance issues with Category Manager input.
Ensure consistent global procurement approach across geographies.

Process & Compliance

Promote process efficiency, leveraging automation where possible.
Track savings and maintain audit evidence.
Communicate sourcing instructions to operational buyers.
Comply with relevant business conduct guidelines and client procurement processes.
