Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Assistant to join our team, focusing on packaging materials and commodities procurement. The ideal candidate will have a background in food technology and experience in a quality department.

Responsibilities:

- Procure packaging materials and commodities, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.

- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

- Manage purchase orders, track inventory, and a procurement data analysis.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or quality department, preferably in the food industry.

- Food technology background or degree in a related field.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
