Job Description

Role Overview: As a Procurement Executive, your main responsibility will be to verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material details with the Estimation and Project Teams. You will also prepare costing sheets, check stock availability, and contact vendors for pricing while ensuring to maintain and update the vendor list. Additionally, you will be required to get purchase approvals from the Business Development Manager (BDM), verify purchased items with supplier invoices and delivery notes, and update various records related to invoices, delivery notes, return materials, temporary materials, and RMA details. Key Responsibilities: - Verify BOQ and material details with the Estimation and Project Teams - Prepare costing sheets and check stock availability - Contact vendors for pricing and place purchase orders - Maintain and update the vendor list - Get purchase approvals from the BDM - Verify purchased items with supplier invoices and delivery notes - Update records: invoices, delivery notes, return materials, temporary materials, and RMA details Qualifications Required: - MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Diploma in Supply Chain Management - Female candidates required Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as commuter assistance and internet reimbursement. The work location is in person at Kochi, Kerala, hence the ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred.
