Procurement Assistant

Role Overview: As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for verifying the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material details with the Estimation and Project Teams. Your duties will include preparing costing sheets, checking stock availability, contacting vendors for pricing, placing purchase orders, maintaining and updating the vendor list, obtaining purchase approvals from the Business Development Manager (BDM), and verifying purchased items with supplier invoices and delivery notes. Additionally, you will be tasked with updating various records such as invoices, delivery notes, return materials, temporary materials, and RMA details. Key Responsibilities: - Verify BOQ and material details with the Estimation and Project Teams - Prepare costing sheets and check stock availability - Contact vendors for pricing and place purchase orders - Maintain and update the vendor list - Obtain purchase approvals from the BDM - Verify purchased items with supplier invoices and delivery notes - Update records: invoices, delivery notes, return materials, temporary materials, and RMA details Qualifications Required: - MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Diploma in Supply Chain Management Please note that female candidates are specifically required for this position.
