Role Name: Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to help our team buy materials for interior design projects. Your job will be to handle the daily tasks of quotes to suppliers, organizing our records, and making sure products are delivered on time. Having experience in interior design or a similar field is a plus.

Job Type

Responsibilities:

• Work and talk with Suppliers to get prices for the orders placed and negotiate a good deal.
• Check Prices that we get are correct based on our price lists.
• Help manage all the materials we buy.
• Keep Records to keep an organized record of all orders, contracts, and what we have in stock in Excel.
• You will work with our warehouse and delivery team to make sure orders are delivered correctly and on time for client projects.
• Help in building and keeping good relationships with our suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidate with at least 0-3 years of experience in a buying or supply chain job.
• You are very organized and pay close attention to details.
• You are very good at negotiating.
• Good working experience to use Microsoft Excel.
• You must have good communication skills. Speaking and understanding Hindi is a must because we work with customers all over India.
