Procurement Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets related to procurement, including spend data, supplier performance, and market trends
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization through data analysis
• Develop and maintain procurement metrics and benchmarks to measure performance and progress
• Collaborate with procurement team to develop and implement data-driven procurement strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations teams
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Analysing individual pillar data for any deviation and working with BI analyst to synchronize data in Global Procurement Solution Dashboard
• Conduct market research to identify projects & analyse data to develop strategies & identify opportunities to improve effective optimization & savings
• Identify areas for process improvements and propose changes to enhance the procurement function, leveraging Ariba's capabilities
• Stay up to date with Ariba's system updates, best practices and industry trends to provide informed support and guidance

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory SAP Ariba experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience for creating dashboards, spend analysis and cost saving opportunities.
