*Estimating line requirements based on time and method studies, line balancing activities, and optimizing headcount through continuous process improvement and implementing new automation technologies
*Layout preparation for new projects as well as existing process in AutoCAS"
Key Responsibilities *Cycle time study and UPH report preparation,Line installation, Line balancing, Kaizen, Capacity planning, Labour efficiency calculation
Educational Qualifications Diploma/B.E(Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial engineering)
Required Experience 2 to 4 Years
Required Skills Time study,Method study, Autocad,Ms office,Data analayis/Data driven analysis, 5S, Problem solving skills, Communication skills
