Job Title: ITI Holder No of Position : 50 Job Role (Generalized Across Trades): Production / Assembly Operate machines and tools based on SOPs. Assembly of mechanical/electrical components. Carry out basic quality checks on parts. Maintain production line efficiency. Maintenance Assist in breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities. Carry out wiring, motor checking, panel wiring, lubrication, etc. Report issues and maintain tools and spares inventory. Electrical Work Wiring and cable laying. Maintenance of electrical panels and motors. Support in installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Fitting & Machining Mechanical fitting and alignment of components. Operate lathe, milling, grinding machines, etc. Follow technical drawings and engineering standards. Welding MIG/TIG/ARC welding as per job requirement. Ensure safety and accuracy of welded joints. Interpret weld symbols and blueprints. Quality Inspection Use gauges like vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc. Maintain inspection reports and documentation. Ensure defect-free output as per quality standards. Key Skills Required: Basic technical knowledge in the respective trade. Ability to read and interpret drawings/manuals. Awareness of safety and PPE usage. Willingness to work in shifts or under pressure. Team player and physically fit for factory/field work.
