Learning Service Specialist Summary: Develop and deliver product training programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip the team members with in-depth knowledge of the product. This includes product features, benefits, competitive advantages, target audience, and value proposition. Create training materials: Develop training materials such as presentations, demo scripts, FAQs, and case studies to support the team in effectively communicating the product specifics. Conduct training sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure the team understands the program offerings, curriculum, learning outcomes, and differentiators. Training may include product demonstrations, role-playing exercises, and assessments. Continuous learning support: Provide ongoing learning support to the team, including updates on product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Stay informed about the latest developments in process and product. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with the subject matter experts , knowledge management team, and leadership to gather information, refine training content, and align strategies with product offerings. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and knowledge sharing. Deliverables: Well-structured and engaging training programs and materials. Effective training sessions that result in improved performance and increased customer engagement. Conduct timely refreshers and PKTs based on TNIs Eligibility - Proven experience in training and enablement roles preferred Bachelor's degree in any field.
