Mandatory Requirements for the Position: -

1. Graduation in any stream.
2. Experience in training delivery for a minimum of 1 year in the BPO sector.
3. Should have hands-on experience in instruct led training for new hires.
4. Absolute flexibility with working in any shifts as per business requirements

Sought after Requirements for the Position: -

(The experience and background to look in the right candidate, all or few of the below)

1. Experience in process training. (highly preferred)

2. Coaching and mentoring

   abilities to support individual employee development. (Highly preferred)

1. The ideal candidate should have experience in process/product training.
2. Good communication skills managing instructor-led training sessions.
3. Excellent in tracking and follow-ups with stakeholders.
4. Capability in managing a training session for up to 30 people in a batch.
5. Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of the training and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Performance and Process reporting for Internal stakeholders.
7. Should possess problem solving skills to address ad-hoc concerns during training execution.
