*** CANDIDATES WITH US BPO TRAINING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED *** International BPO (Voice) training experience mandatory Conduct process training & soft skills training in International BPO. Design, develop, and update training materials. Deliver refresher training sessions for existing employees to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance metrics for all training sessions. Key Skills: Proven 1-3 years experience as a trainer in International BPO. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners.
