Urgently hiring for US Voice process Role & responsibilities : Handle calls from US-based customers, providing information, support, and resolving queries in a clear and professional manner. Address customer concerns, issues, and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide accurate product/service information, assisting customers in understanding processes and solutions. Preferred candidate profile : Previous experience in a customer service or voice-based process (preferred but not mandatory). Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral accent, and the ability to engage with US-based customers effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
