Job Description

We are urgently seeking motivated and customer-focused US Voice Customer Service Executives to join our team. Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to US-based customers Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable working night shift to align with US Eastern time zone. Prior experience in International BPO preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Benefits Fixed shift (Monday to Friday) with weekend offs (Saturday & Sunday). Competitive base salary with attractive incentives.
