Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver process-specific training to new hires and existing team members.
• Develop training content, SOPs, and documentation as per process requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, QA, and HR to track performance post-training.
• Conduct refresher sessions and continuous learning programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Maintain detailed reports of training schedules, attendance, and results.
• Identify skill gaps and propose corrective training actions.
• Stay updated with process changes and client updates, and communicate the same to the team.
• Facilitate workshops on communication skills, business etiquette, time management, and client handling.
• Support learning and development initiatives across the organization.
• Assist in on boarding and induction programs for new hires.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of process training methodologies.
• Ability to design training modules, presentations, and SOPs.
• Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and training tools.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in BPO/KPO or related industries is preferred.
