Role Profile: Process Specialist

We are looking for a Process Specialist to support our HR Operations function, who will manage end to end HR operations across onboarding, document verification, HRMS, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support for all entities. The incumbent is expected to be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role description and responsibility overview

  • HRMS Management:

    Handling change management for employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HRMS helpdesk management. Additionally, have an in-depth knowledge of backend functionalities of HRMS.
  • Payroll Inputs:

    Inputting data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, and managing employee referrals and bonus sheets. Medical insurance enrolment of the employees is to be carried out in a timely manner.
  • Group Organization Chart Updates

    : Monthly updating of organizational charts, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
  • MIS & Presentation for Management

    : Preparing and presenting accurate, data-driven MIS reports and dashboards and presentations to management
  • Queries Management

    : Addressing employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
  • Vendor Management

    : Managing various vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency and seeking management approval for costs.
  • HR Reports Preparation

    : Compiling and sharing weekly data with relevant stakeholders, preparing talent work in progress reports, and handling timesheet data.
  • Letter Preparation

    : Preparing offer, appointment, and relieving letters of employees.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations with strong visual and structural design.
  • Skilled in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data sorting for effective data analysis.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA in HR or Finance
  • 3+ Years of experience
  • Proficiency in Excel & Power Point Presentation

Location / Hours Noida. Shift timings:13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 -20:00 on a [weekly rotating basis].
