Role Overview
As a US Healthcare RCM Executive, you will receive structured training and hands-on experience in working with US insurance processes, claim follow-ups, and revenue cycle workflows. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to learning and building a long-term career in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with US insurance companies for claim status and payments
Work closely with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation and regular follow-ups
Understand and follow US healthcare billing and authorization guidelines
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, etc.)
Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong learning attitude and attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in the US shift
Immediate joiners preferred
