Job Description

Job Title: Process Lead / Team Lead Order to Cash (O2C)

Location:

Process Lead:
5–6 years / Max 5 LPA
Team Lead:
6+ years / Max 7 LPA

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic Order to Cash (O2C) team in Gurugram. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in end-to-end O2C processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Order to Cash operations including order management, billing, collections, and cash application.
Lead and mentor a team of O2C analysts (for Team Lead role).
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive continuous process improvements.
Handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of O2C processes and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership experience (for Team Lead role).
Willingness to work in night shifts.

Compensation:

Process Lead:
Up to 5 LPA
Team Lead:
Up to 7 LPA
