Job Description

Department: Production / ManufacturingReporting To: Production Manager / Plant HeadJob Summary:

Process Incharge - Production

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with the production planning team to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective measures for continuous improvement.
Maintain production records and prepare reports on production performance and issues.
Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Train and guide production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
